How to track my order ?

After ordering a product, you will receive  (7-14 days)  a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to our “Track Your Order” page and enter your order number with your mail. It may take a little time to update. 

Note:  there may be a display problem , if you cannot directly track your order, try directly with the order number only (without entering an email address). 

FREE Shipping:

Free delivery to all countries worldwide.

Delay:

You have not yet received your package and the shipping and delivery deadline has passed? Do not hesitate to contact us by email (contact@econtosa.com )

Taxes and customs fees:

Product prices are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and customs duties excluded. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Cotamia cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Important information:

Delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs clearance times. Please note that delivery to an outlying rural address may take longer.

We do not deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (CEST) will be dispatched the same day. During sales periods, deliveries may be delayed due to a large number of orders.

First Order Policy:

For security reasons, Econtosa reserves the right to ship orders for the first time to the cardholder’s billing address or verified work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please be sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when ordering.
